Woodlands Park School, nestled on the edge of native bush in West Auckland.

Woodlands vision is to “Take care of our children, take care of what they hear, take care of what they see, take care of what they feel, for how the children grow, so will be the shape of Aotearoa..”

We worked with them to create a library that works seamlessly with their school vision to create a space that offers a beautifully integrated sense of calm and connection.

Crafted with natural birch plywood shelving and timber-tone furniture, the space invites students to explore, read, and reflect in an environment that echoes their surroundings.

Flexible furniture zones allow for group activities or quiet reading, while pops of greenery and organic textures foster wellbeing.

A timeless, nature-inspired library that feels like an extension of the landscape surrounding their school.
