At the discovery meeting, we listen to you and discuss the design brief to learn all about what
your dreams and inspirations are for your new project.
- Connection – The Learning Philosophy and your connection with the natural environments
and history around your local surroundings. What is important for the Tamariki. - Design ideas – Discuss likes and dislikes with furnishing and show ‘n’ tell with ideas
from learning environments around the globe. Discuss areas that require design and
equipment, including indoor and outdoor learning environments. - Themes and Schemes – Discuss mood board for themes and colour/style preferences.
- Budget – Discuss furnishing budget to ensure our concept plan works for you.
2. Development
Meet with key stakeholders to view the 3D walkthrough design draft and ensure we are on track
with what was outlined in the discovery meeting.
- View 3D virtual walkthrough of inside your learning spaces with draft layout concepts.
- Make a list of amendments and alterations to design.
- Discuss general project updates on the timeframe and budget
3. Decision
Meet with key stakeholders and decision makers to discuss the final 3D
virtual plans and pricing proposal, which is sent after the development
meeting has been actioned.
- Confirm your furniture order and schedule production.
- Confirm estimated delivery and install dates.
4. Delivery
Arrange delivery and installation order to desired location.
